By availing my services, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

I do NOT allow any of my art to be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence) purposes and the like. Please do not upload to any AI site as this could compromise my artwork.

I do NOT support NFTs; use of my art for any NFT related purposes is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and to provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be added to my blacklist.

Completion time of the commission/project will be discussed in full transparency. Please expect more complex works to take more time.

Usual Turnaround times are 5 to 7 days.

Frequency of updates and communication will be discussed as well, and I will try to follow what will be agreed upon.

A rough sketch will be provided first, absolutely free. The commission will proceed once I gain client approval and confidence.

Minor revisions are okay! I will do major revisions only during the sketch phase.

The expected "art package" will contain the following:
- PNG (transparent versions and background versions)
- other file formats requested
- The digital package will be sent via fromsmash, and will have an expiring link (the client may request other methods to receive their art)

You will be expected to first read my ToS and understand my general pricing.

You may display the work on external sites as long as it visibly credits me, the artist.

You may not claim my work as your own original work.

You may use the artwork for personal use; including, but not limited to: avatar use, digital wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale). Unless otherwise discussed.

You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You may not change, modify, edit, or use my works; unless otherwise discussed.

You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.” Unless otherwise discussed.

Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profiles, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this ToS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents. Including any updates that will be made to the ToS.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

I reserve the right to decline/reject any project or client for my own valid reasons.

I reserve the right to offer a refund, if I am no longer able to work on your project for any valid reason.

If you, the Client, wish to commission me something for Commercial Use, you will pay the total price, as well as any other royalties that will be agreed upon.

The following cases are considered commercial use:
- reproduction and selling of the artwork, publicly or privately,
- cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR AI OR NFTs

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work for public posting purposes. You, the client, will receive the full quality outputs, but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the artwork.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion upon client's agreement.

In the case of a "custom" or a "client's original creation/design", I will not claim the rights to it, unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless there are any agreements.

In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once full ownership is transferred to you, the client.

My set absolute minimum price is my absolute minimum, regardless of the commission.

The project will officially begin when the client pays at least 50% of the agreed cost. There will be no progress unless this payment is done.

Client may pay in full upfront (100%) if they are more comfortable with it.

Remaining balances must be settled before the final art package is sent.

Refunds will be based on the actual amount I have received through any payment platforms after fees and tax.

Please be aware that I am NOT a full-time artist; nor am I a professional one. Until I update my information, I am still a student.
